Event Overview
As Thailand accelerates its digital transformation and moves toward a more AI-driven economy, the convergence of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital trust and resilient digital infrastructure has become a strategic priority for both the public and private sectors.
The 3rd Thailand AI & Cyber Resilience Summit 2027 will bring together senior government leaders, policymakers, regulators, technology executives, cybersecurity professionals, AI leaders, critical infrastructure operators and enterprise decision-makers to explore how Thailand can accelerate trusted AI adoption while strengthening its national and organizational cyber resilience.
Building on the strong government participation and engagement established through the previous edition, the 2027 summit will expand the platform to create a stronger public-private dialogue, connecting government strategy with enterprise implementation and innovation.
The summit will examine key priorities including AI governance and responsible AI, AI-powered cybersecurity, cyber resilience, digital trust, data protection, cloud security, critical infrastructure protection, cyber threat intelligence, digital government, and the secure adoption of emerging technologies.
Through high-level keynote addresses, strategic leadership panels, cross-sector discussions and technology sessions, the summit will provide a platform for government and industry leaders to share practical experiences, address emerging risks, explore innovative solutions and identify opportunities for greater collaboration.

AI IS MOVING FROM EXPERIMENTATION TO NATIONAL AND ENTERPRISE ADOPTION
Thailand is entering a decisive phase of AI adoption. The country’s National AI Strategy and Action Plan runs through 2027, with a target of increasing AI adoption across government and business to at least 600 organisations and generating at least THB 48 billion in economic and social impact from AI innovation by 2027. In 2026, Thailand has already identified AI as a key driver of competitiveness, with businesses increasingly moving from generative AI experimentation toward agentic AI and AI-enabled operations.
CYBERSECURITY IS BECOMING ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DIGITAL GROWTH
Thailand’s cybersecurity market is estimated at US$546.9 million in 2026 and is projected to reach approximately US$1 billion by 2031, representing a 12.9% CAGR. Public-sector cloud migration, digital payments, 5G, connected infrastructure and expanding AI deployments are simultaneously increasing Thailand’s digital attack surface.
PUBLIC–PRIVATE COLLABORATION WILL DRIVE THAILAND’S TRUSTED DIGITAL FUTURE
Thailand’s AI strategy reaches its target horizon, creating a critical transition point from AI readiness to scaled implementation. At the same time, Thailand’s first Big Data Strategic Plan for 2025–2027 identifies fragmented data, shortages of AI and data talent, incomplete data connectivity, cybersecurity, personal-data protection and infrastructure as key challenges. This creates a growing need for AI governance, AI security, data protection, cyber resilience and public-private collaboration.
